During the manufacturing process, all aluminium and plastic cuts are revised by the operator carrying out these operations. Subsequently the workshop supervisor carries out an inspection counting the elements and measuring the typical units of all the various profiles and plastics, so that the cover is packaged with two inspections carried out by different individuals.
During assembly the operator carries out an internal inspection, checking measures, forms and the good condition of all the assembled parts. At the end of the installation, a final inspection is made in the customer’s presence in order to check the proper functioning of all the installed parts and the appropriate state of the site prior to handing over the keys of the cover.
Materials used are of the highest quality which is the only choice when obtaining the best quality product for our customers. The aluminium used is always the first extrusion, with a 6063 alloy in accordance with UNE EN 38 337 standard, which is purchased from companies working with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard so that we can be assured that our suppliers put maximum effort into ensuring that their product is of the appropriate quality.
Plastics are always provided with UV ray protection on both sides, which ensures that however it is installed the plastic will not burn in the sun. Furthermore, in telescopic and sliding covers, when one module is situated beneath another, or the sliding door is under the roof, we also ensure that the sun’s reflection in the lower face does not burn the upper plastic.
All the screws and accessories used in manufacturing and installing enclosures from stainless steel with AISI 304 and AISI 316 quality levels.
